چکیده
Abstract Albardine ( Lygeum spartum L.) is one of the major native grass species semi-arid and arid regions Mediterranean basin. In Algeria, it much more widespread on high plateaus southern Oranais. This occupies an important place in steppe region because has many ecological, economic, fodder interests. The present work aims to study tolerance L. seeds water salt stress, two abiotic factors that affect physiology plant during germinal stage. methodology adopted consists using increasing concentrations under a controlled temperature (15°C) for 21 days germination. germination responses different degrees stress induced by NaCl (2, 4, 6, 8, 10 g/l) polyethylene glycol (PEG;−2, -4, -6, -8, −10 bar), showed stresses retarded rate also decreased their percentage time experiment. However, soaked distilled (control) recorded maximum 80%. results this show are moderately drought tolerant with depressive effect at concentration 10g/l osmotic pressure bar.
